Plot: Lakeer Ke Fakeer is about life in the notorious area of Bombay city covered under pin code 400003. Fakeer Mohd. Khan (Ajaz Khan), Suleiman Keeda (Vicky Ahuja) and Chhotu Mobile (Javed Haider) are best friends living in that part of Bombay in which crime is a way of life. Fakeer loves Anjum (Maarisha) who is an orphan and has a younger brother to look after. The three friends go through a lot of ups and downs in life as they are in the heart of crime and are actually part of the criminal world.
